Lease type
Our gun range is located on Crown land, and has a License of Occupation through the Ministry of Forests. Our license will run to 2044.
Anyone using this facility must carry 2 million liability insurance. If your membership with HVOA is current, your BCWF membership is included in fees and this comes with this 2 million liability insurance.

Dawn to dusk - 7 days a week.
Please note: our range is open all year round, however the range may not always be accessible during times of heavy snowfall.

Where we are now
Once we have completed construction of the range rebuild, the maximum range for rifles will be 300 yds. We will still be licensed for restricted firearms, but due to the damage of the wildfires and therefore safety issues, the shotgun range will not be open right away.
